Cell Technologies was born out of a singular, ambitious objective: to revolutionize vertical wind harvesting and redefine local energy autonomy. While the company officially launched in 2022, our journey began long before with relentless engineering, endless sketches, and small 3D-printed prototypes.
We set out to solve a fundamental problem: creating a compact vertical-axis wind turbine that actually works. A solution engineered to sustain critical household systems—from refrigerators and internet modems to daily lighting—keeping vital infrastructure online even when the main grid fails

Bringing hardware innovation to life requires both capital and belief. To turn our initial designs into production-ready systems, we launched “The Club of 1000”. Instead of traditional VC funding, everyday supporters and visionaries invested directly in our vision in exchange for actual shares, giving our early community a true stake in our future.
Navigating the hardware startup landscape brought its share of skepticism and criticism. Rather than discouraging us, it sharpened our focus. We maintained our momentum and remained dedicated to what mattered most: perfecting our technology

Hardware development is an uncompromising process. Partnering with specialized manufacturing partners in the Netherlands, we subjected our turbines to rigorous testing and countless iterations. Every trial confirmed key aerodynamic theories, uncovered new physics, and brought us closer to peak efficiency.
By combining advanced Venturi technology with precision engineering, we unlocked the ideal balance of durability, acoustic performance, and yield. The result was The Blade X1—a high-performance vertical wind turbine engineered to deliver clean, continuous energy with a minimal footprint.

The Lux: Born during a design window while awaiting final component deliveries, the Lux merges architectural elegance with total self-sufficiency. It delivers autonomous lighting for streets, squares, and critical sites with zero grid dependency.
The PowerHub: Sensitive electronics inside a moving outdoor turbine create reliability risks, and long DC transmission lines introduce significant power loss. To overcome this, we shifted the core electronics indoors. This challenge led to the development of the PowerHub—the intelligent, surgical core of our ecosystem designed to store, manage, and distribute power seamlessly.
