A national license provides access to the Cell Technologies product ecosystem, intellectual property, technology and brand, combined with exclusive rights within an assigned territory. This is not a product distribution agreement. It is an opportunity to build a national Cell Technologies operation.

Exclusive representation
A license gives the license holder exclusive rights to develop the Cell Technologies market within an assigned territory, subject to the terms of the licensing agreement. This creates a clearly defined commercial position. The license holder is responsible for building the local market, developing customers and establishing the infrastructure required to support Cell Technologies products within the territory. Cell Technologies does not appoint multiple competing license holders within the same territory.

What Cell Technologies expects from you

We are looking for partners with the financial capacity, technical expertise, market access and organizational capability to establish a professional Cell Technologies operation. Depending on the agreed business model, this may include local manufacturing, sales and distribution, installation, service, marketing and customer support. The license holder is not simply representing a product. The license holder is responsible for developing the Cell Technologies business within the assigned territory.
Technology and intellectual property
Cell Technologies retains ownership of its intellectual property, patents, product designs, engineering knowledge and brand. The national license provides the contractual right to use and commercialize the agreed Cell Technologies products and technology within the assigned territory. Manufacturing, quality, branding, technical standards and other requirements are defined within the licensing agreement. This protects the technology, the brand and the interests of both parties as the international network grows.
From license to local operation
The process begins with an evaluation of the proposed territory and the potential license holder. Suitable candidates proceed through commercial and technical discussions covering the market, proposed business structure, production capabilities, investment requirements and responsibilities of both parties. Following agreement, Cell Technologies provides structured onboarding covering the technology, products, technical documentation, manufacturing requirements and preparation for market entry. The objective is clear: establish a capable local Cell Technologies operation that can develop the market over the long term.
A selective international network
Cell Technologies is deliberately building a limited network of license holders. We select partners carefully because each license holder represents the Cell Technologies brand and becomes responsible for developing an entire national market. In 2027, a maximum of 4 license holders will be onboarded worldwide. Some territories are already represented, and availability will therefore vary by country.

The license holder provides the local capital, market knowledge, commercial organization and execution required to build the business.
